Cartridge heaters with thermocouple

 

CARTRIDGE HEATERS TC BUILT IN

The HD series of the cartridge can be manufactured with the built-in type J (Iron-Constans) or the K thermocouple (Aluminum-Chrome).
The flexible cables are 1000 millimeters long and are insulated fiberglass for the cartridges and isolated ptfe for the thermocouple. In the standard version with the thermocouple type of J the hot connection is located in the position type TCJ1.

TYPES :

  Type TCJ1-TCK1. The hot junction of the thermocouple is grounded to the lower disc and guarantees a rapid response of the temperature.

  Type TCJ3-TCK3. The hot junction of the thermocouple is located in the center of the lenght in non-heating zone and ground to the casing.

  Type TCJ4-TCK4.The hot junction of the thermocouple is isolated and located in the center of the heater in non-heating zone near the envelope.
